This absolutely does what you want it to do. Be careful with dosage, test just a drop and keep in mind that even if you hold it under your tongue for a bit, you won't feel the full effect until it digests. For me the full liftoff occurs 30 minutes to two hours after ingestion, though I get some effect immediately. I took maybe half a dropper and when it fully kicked in, it was way stronger than what I wanted to experience.
