Serene Tree 10 Day Return Policy:  


Please note (All sales are final, unless you have received a pre-approval for a return.)
1. You must reach out within 10 days of receiving the product
2. To request a refund pre-approval, please send an email to support@serenetree.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return,*you must send pictures and video of the product and it must meet these qualifications : 

  • The product has not been tampered with, Unopened OR DOA in order for you to be considered for a pre-approval (*NO EXCEPTIONS).
3. If a Pre-approval is accepted you will be responsible for your own return label
4. Please note that a determination will be made within 5 business days, maybe longer depending on the inquiry, to complete the request.
5.If your request is accepted. you will receive a credit on your Serene Tree account worth the amount of the product at the price it was purchased and shipping cost will not be included  (No Exceptions)

Serene tree retains the right to deny any refund for any reason. Serene Tree also reserves the right to deny service or sales to any person(s), business, or entity for any reason.
 

Hardware Return Policy

All hardware is final sale.
If the device is DOA you may reach out to support support@serenetree.com. Be sure to include pictures and video showing the issue. (No EXCEPTIONS). If a pre-approval return is granted we will have the device returned. Once the device has been received back it can take up to 5 business days for a decision to be made. If approved we will re-ship a new device as long as it is in stock or provide you with store credit to go towards future orders. 


Serene Tree Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions must be canceled 1 business day prior to renewal. All subscriptions renew on the 1st of the next full calendar month from when the subscription is started (Example: Subscription was started on October 15, the first renewal will be December 1st).
Once a subscription renewal has taken place, we are unable to cancel that renewal, but can cancel the subscription moving forward at your request.

Serene Tree Shipping Policy: Banned States


We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

Illegal States: Hemp Shipping Notice: Where We Don't Ship

Please Note: Due to State Laws at this time we are unable to sell hemp derived products to the following states:
Delaware, Idaho, Mississippi, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Utah, and Vermont If an order comes through from one of these states it will be canceled and your payment refunded.



When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If your order is returned to sender, we will refund your order minus the shipping cost you paid. If you received free shipping, we will deduct our shipping cost from your refund.

Serene Tree is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they've been turned over to the shipping service for delivery. However, we want to make sure you're taken care of, so please contact us in the event of a lost or stolen item.
