Shipping & Returns


Returns Policy

All sales are final, unless you have received a pre-approval for a return.

To request a refund pre-approval, please send an email to support@serenetree.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the request. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to send your order back, once the request has been reviewed and approved. Refunds are not initiated until the order has been received and verified. Please note that return shipping is not provided.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please reach out to us via email within 3 days of your order being delivered so we can be of assistance. Please note that we will need photos of any defective or damaged item(s), and may require you to ship the effected product(s) back.


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

Please note: due to State Laws at this time we are unable to sell Delta-8, Delta-9, or Delta-10 to the following states:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If your order is returned to sender, we will refund your order minus the shipping cost you paid. If you received free shipping, we will deduct our shipping cost from your refund.

Serene Tree is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they've been turned over to the shipping service for delivery. However, we want to make sure you're taken care of, so please contact us in the event of a lost or stolen item.
