Where Ice Cream Cake comes from
Ice Cream Cake comes from two of the most popular dessert strains of the last decade. Wedding Cake brings vanilla frosting, pepper and a calm body feel. Gelato #33, a standout cut of Gelato, brings creamy sweetness and a smooth, relaxed high. The result leans further toward indica than either parent, with an even richer flavor.
What does Ice Cream Cake taste and smell like?
Ice Cream Cake smells like a bakery: vanilla, sweet cream and sugary dough, with a buttery finish and a light hint of pepper. It is one of the smoothest, sweetest profiles we carry, and it comes through well in every format, from carts to moonrocks.
Ice Cream Cake effects
Ice Cream Cake is known as an evening strain. People describe a calm, contented mood that turns into heavy body relaxation, and it often brings on the munchies. At larger amounts many people find it sleepy. Common reasons people choose it:
- Ending the day and settling in for the night
- Movies, games and a big dessert
- Lazy weekends at home
Effects vary from person to person. Start with one or two puffs or a small amount and wait 10 to 15 minutes before taking more.
Ice Cream Cake terpenes
Lab data for Ice Cream Cake most often shows three leading terpenes:
- Caryophyllene: peppery and warm, also found in black pepper and cloves.
- Limonene: bright citrus, which lifts the sweet vanilla base.
- Linalool: floral and soft, the main terpene in lavender.
